Annual Financial Reporting Model Regulation
2010 is bringing a whole new host of regulations and worries for insurers. Under the NAIC's Annual Financial Reporting Model Regulation (aka the Model Audit Rule), insurers are required to have an independent audit committee in place as of January 1, 2010.
