Brigitte Sutherland, CPA

Brigitte (Bri-get-ah) walked through our doors in 2005 with a solid 12 years of accounting experience at a large regional accounting firm on the east coast. After many years of living back east, Brigitte and her husband ventured to the "left coast" and are now happily enjoying all the things the Northwest has to offer. We're thrilled Brigitte made the move west, so much so that we made her a key member of our Real Estate Practice Group.

Brigitte was a world traveler as child: her family moved nine different times when she was growing up to follow her IRS-employed dad (is there a pattern here?). Luckily, she got to live in a number of interesting places including Guam and Liberia. She spent her high school years in Liberia where she met her husband, Bill. Though Brigitte likes "staying put" for now, she has taken up running. In addition to having been a member of the Perkins & Co Hood to Coast team, she's also completed two marathons. Lucky for her clients, her determination and dedication translates off the road and into the office.
