Tim came to Perkins back in 1988 with a pair of cowboy boots, some dusty jeans and a ton of smarts under his belt. Tim cut his teeth with a national accounting firm in Billings, Montana, and as a controller in private industry. We lassoed him in without a second thought.

Tim's expertise covers the full range of tax planning and compliance, but he is a superstar in the real estate industry. Perhaps his Montana heritage gave him a natural appreciation of wide open spaces, since he's now widely recognized by clients and peers alike for his outstanding real estate knowledge and expertise. Besides being the go-to guy for real estate accounting, Tim heads the Real Estate Practice Group, which is the largest specialty group at our firm. Cost segregation studies are another area where Tim consistently wins the gold buckle, and he's done more of them than any other accountant in Portland, making for wildly happy clients at every turn.
