Jo A. Hardy, CPA

Jo Hardy joined Perkins & Co in 1990. Jo is a senior manager in the tax department and the Wealth Management Practice Group. Her expertise includes management and tax advisory services for small business clients and individuals, including payroll tax compliance and fringe benefit reporting. She also has experience from the "other side of the desk," having worked for an Oregon-based service company handling their internal accounting duties.

Besides client work, Jo spends half the year overseeing the workflow involved in individual tax returns. This means managing paper, people and processes. When you get your personal tax return prepared by Perkins, Jo will have had a hand in it somewhere. When she needs to decompress from the deadline-driven work day, Jo retreats to her three acre garden in rural southeast Portland. Whether it's flowers, vegetables or successful businesses, there's nothing Jo can't grow.
