Ongoing training isn't just a benefit, it's a necessity. We provide comprehensive in-house, external and off-site training using a variety of high quality training resources, including BDO Seidman. Accounting isn't what it used to be. While we believe in hard work, all employees can request a flexible work arrangement. You don't have to work long hours to be successful. Our employees do one to two weeks of work travel a year tops. It's so infrequent, you might actually look forward to it.
